Description:

Evaluations on various churches in St. Louis for the Archdiocese and church architects, providing condition assessments of roofs and buildings.

Provided design and bid management for 20,000 square foot roof replacement (with major HVAC upgrades) including pre-bid meeting and contractor coordination. Roof design included drainage and overflow calculations, compliance to energy codes and local historical guidelines, and tie in details to existing masonry components. Signed / sealed construction documents were provided by Formation Architects.

Project Management services were provided for the awarded roofing contractor and included an on-site pre-job meeting, submittal review, site quality control monitoring, HVAC replacement monitoring, pay request processing, close out documentation, and punch list.
