Description:

Roof and parking lot surveys on strip mall shopping centers to identify existing conditions and deficiencies. Provided survey report with CAD drawings and pictures of each building with section breakouts. Developed work order items and repair recommendations with projected budget estimates for each. Provided design and bid management and construction managment of large re-roofing and parking lot project at Gonzales, LA location. Managed repairs to gutter and drainage improvements at Nashville, TN location.
