Contracted by CB Richard Ellis to provide annual roof, parking lot, and building facade services including surveys, design / bid management, and contract management.

Surveys provide CAD drawings, digital pictures of existing conditions, repair recommendations with budget estimates, and 5-year projections for replacements. Overall state budget spreadsheets are maintained.

Re-roofing projects and parking lot replacements include design, specifications for competitive bidding process, and construction management and administration. 2007 project totals: 110+ roofs and 50+ parking lots, all with fast track implementation and completion.
