Performed initial roof system evaluations on the elementary school building (over 38,000 square feet and 11 sections) in 2005 and the High School campus in 2007, providing repair and maintenance recommendations and budget estimates. Based on the results of the survey; six sections were re-roofed at the Elementary, for which Foresight provided design and bid management, and construction management services for the 13,000 square foot project.
