Description:

Performed survey of temple, offices, and classrooms (70,000 square feet) in 2008, providing repair recommendations and budget estimates including replacement cost for several sections beyond their service life. Infrared scan of one section in 2009 identified trapped moisture that eliminated the possibility of a retrofit roof installation. Assisted construction manager / general contractor and project architect with roof design, review of submittals, pre-construction meetings, inspections and completion punch list in 2009 (25,000 square foot re-roofing project over office areas) and in 2010 (13,400 square foot re-roofing project over classrooms).
