Description:

Provided problem solving assistance at four large industrial office - warehouse buildings in the Nashville TN area to resolve water infiltration or condensation issues at roof parapet walls and facade - window systems. Services included installation of multiple potential systems, temperature and humidity monitoring to determine effectiveness, and recommendation for best remediation. Additionally, Foresight provided a scope of work, and performed bid and project management including quality inspections and punch list.
