Description:

Roof and parking lot inspections on Dial Distribution Center and Federal Express distribution hub, both large commercial sites, totaling over 1,000,000 roof square feet and 950,000 parking lot square feet.

Reports included detailed CAD drawings outlining the roof and parking lot, with dimensions and locations of deficiencies. Photos illustrated exiting conditions, and specific repair recommendations were provided with budget estimates. An overall 5-year budget projection for repairs and replacements was also provided.
