Performed roof system evaluations on > 280,000 sq' at 5 schools, reporting conditions and providing repair recommendations with budget estimates. Provided design / bid and project management services for re-roofing projects at two schools. Assisted project architect with design and construction punch list during new construction of school additions. Provided design and project management of facade repairs on parapet walls and stone caps.
