Description:

Roof system evaluation to determine existing conditions and potential for repairs to prolong service life, and 5-year maintenance / replacement budget. Provided roof detail drawing and specification review for project architect on building addition.

Performed on-site investigation and coring of existing roof system, and structural analysis on re-roofing to change out modified system to metal standing seam system. Verified initial hand drawn roof design and updated all to CAD drawings. Provided new detail drawings to project architect for bid package. Provided roof design cost comparisons on material and labor for retrofit decision making. Design input on new gutter system. Perform on-site job visits for quality assurance during construction.
