Description:

Initial roof survey to identify existing conditions and deficiencies. Provided survey report with CAD drawings and pictures of each building with section breakouts, and the walkways. Developed work order items and repair recommendations with projected budget estimates for each, with a combined budget spreadsheet. Annual evaluation conducted to update conditions.

Provide design and construction management of annual repairs with selected roofer, based on recommendations from initial survey.
