Description:

Roof assessment in 2005 and 2008 to identify existing conditions and deficiencies. Provided survey report with CAD drawings and pictures of each building with section breakouts, and the walkways. Developed work order items and repair recommendations with projected budget estimates for each, with a combined budget spreadsheet. Infrared scan in 2009 of 31,000+ sq' roof system to detect wet insulation. Provided detailed repair design and construction management services, based on survey recommendations.
