Description:

A visual and infrared roof inspection was performed on this large industrial complex with over 15 sections. Ballasted and adhered EPDM and BUR roof systems were reviewed to determine existing conditions, potential for repairs to prolong service life, and 5 year budget for replacement schedule. Budgets included cost for interior protection and decking replacement due to evidence of wet insulation and deteriorated roof deck.
