Description:

Performed complete facility evaluations on 82 theatres, developed work order logs and tracking system for repairs and remodeling projects. Continue to provide follow up surveys to maintain facility data base and work order logs.

Prepared plans and specifications for numerous roof and parking lot repairs and replacements. Review roof system design and detail drawings for project architectural firms on new theatre construction.

Managed major remodeling project at Vernon Hills, IL and storm damage repair at Springfield, IL. Manage numerous smaller repair projects at various locations when requested.
