Description:

At the district's request, Foresight evaluated the roof areas in need of replacement (36,000 sq') and presented our recommendation to the school board including several roof system options comparing the benefits and costs for their consideration and approval. Design and bid management was performed for a new complex tapered modified system at Grandview Middle School and a new white TPO system at Lafayette H.S. Project management services included sealed construction documents, monitoring the installation, punch list inspection at completion, and project close out documents.
