Description:

This landmark museum in St. Louis County underwent extensive renovation recently, and Foresight was asked to assist with re-roofing a 1150 sq' section of the original roof structure. An on-site design evaluation discovered this section was heavily populated with mechanical equipment, penetrations, and a skylight, and was situated within numerous adjacent walls and roof sections that required various tie-in details and presented accessibility challenges. Roof system and detail design was developed with bid drawings, and signed / sealed construction documents were provided. The installation was monitored, requiring coordination with electrical and mechanical trades. At project completion a punch list inspection was performed to insure quality installation.
