2006: Re-roofing project for six (6) breweries; provided design and details in bid management process with optional on-site monitoring during construction. 2005: Performed on-site monitoring for four (4) re-roofing projects on the corporate headquarters and breweries with various engineering firms and contractors. Verified quality installation to manufacturer's guidelines and issued daily reports with digital pictures. Processed monthly pay requests, lien waivers, requests for information, and change orders. Reviewed and updated detail drawings and specifications for update by project architect. |
