Description:

Foresight provided roof evaluation, design, and construction consulting services for a 30,000 square foot re-roofing project at the Intermediate School at the direction of the District's Program Manager; CCS Group. An initial site visit and subsequent infrared scan were conducted to determine the scope of work. Detailed CAD drawings and specifications outlining the project was put out for public bid, including eight alternates. Signed and sealed construction documents were provided by Formation Architects. Construction services included a pre-job meeting, reviewing shop drawings, quality assurance monitoring during installation, and punch list inspection at project completion.
