Initial roof and parking lot evaluations providing individual building reports with CAD drawings, outlining existing conditions and immediate work order items to prolong the service life, and a five year maintenance projection for replacement or repair.

Re-roofing projects at numerous buildings and parking lot replacement at one large distribution center included design / bid management, and construction management. Select projects utilized a design - build concept with selected roofing contractor and material supplier.
