Description:

Provide various consulting services to project architect for 124,000 sq' re-roofing project at three schools, including initial inspection of roof systems to determine areas to be replaced. Provided bid and construction management services, including; roof scope of work, review of architects drawings, public bid pre-bid meeting, evaluation of bids and recommendation for selection, attend pre-job meeting, review shop drawings, perform on-site quality assurance monitoring during construction, and perform punch list at project completion.
