Description:

Roof investigation on National Historic Building built in 1925, home to the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, and located in the historic performing arts district of St. Louis, MO.

Evaluation identified existing conditions and deficiencies, and provided CAD drawings and pictures of all roof sections. Developed repair recommendations to prolong service life, performed cost analysis and return on investment for various insulations, and provided budget estimates for repair and replacements.
