Foresight has performed a variety of services on over 14 retail shopping center properties, including roof inspections, punch lists, due diligence, and infrared scans (2.5 million square feet in two years) and structural evaluations from storm damage. Additional projects included design / bid management and project management of re-roofing projects, facade and structural repairs. Our affiliated architectural firm; Formation Architects, provided support on Structural evaluations, and signed / sealed construction documents for re-roofing projects. |
