Description:

Perform annual roof evaluations on 30 schools with survey reports including detailed CAD drawings, existing conditions and deficiencies, and budget estimates for repair and replacement recommendations. Provide design assistance to project architects on numerous roof replacements since 2002. Construction management services include project monitoring and punch list completion. Problem solving services on roof and facade issues, including the removal of phenolic insulation on three schools. Parking lot evaluation, design and project management at six schools in 2009.
