Description:

Foresight provided consulting problem solving services for two concrete issues at two different campus locations.

One project involved review of the top open air deck of a large parking garage, slab expansion joint and facade precast panel clips. Coating options to protect the surface and allow snow / ice removal were provided, with budget estimates.

Another project involved review of a large newly installed loading dock concrete slab that was experiencing cracks. Causes were determined, as well as repair options with budget estimates.
