Description:

Initial evaluation of roof systems to document existing conditions and potential for repairs to extend asset service life. Reports included CAD drawings, digital photos illustrating conditions and repair recommendations, and budget estimates for repairs and replacements.

Numerous re-roofing projects, where design / bid management, and construction management services were provided. Design Build concept utilized since 2005, providing complete construction services with a qualified contractor and material supplier under one package.

Coordination of repair of water infiltration issues on walls and windows at several properties.
