Description:

2003 and 2009 evaluations of 11 buildings at various campus locations; provided a survey report with CAD drawings, digital pictures identifying existing conditions, and budget estimates for repair or replacement.

Managed roof replacements on 11 schools ($1.3 million bond issue) in 2005 by preparing the plans and specifications, managing the bidding process, and providing construction administration services.
