Description:

Foresight performed various services under the direction of the School's program manager; Glenn Construction Company, Inc. including an initial inspection of 24,000 sq' roof area to determine options for re-roofing. Provided bid and construction management of re-roofing project including; roof design, details and specifications for public bid process, signed and sealed construction documents by Formation Architects, pre-job meeting, review of shop drawings, quality assurance inspections during construction, and punch list at project completion. Additional consulting services were provided to the project architect for a new construction project of a 4,000 sq' entrance roof system.

A facade inspection and water test was also performed to determine construction deficiencies allowing water infiltration. Provided detailed instructions for masonry flashing repairs to stop wall leaks.
