Bixby Hall re-roofing project on landmark building with 90% mechanicals covering the roof surface presented unique design and production challenges due to building use and strict schedule. Replaced several single slope skylights, several HVAC units, and permanently raising all HVAC units, ductwork, and cat walks to facilitate installation. Foresight headed the design team that included Formation Architects and FSG, with construction by Helmkamp that was nominated for the 2007 St. Louis Keystone Award. |
