Foresight Services was founded in 1999 by Wayne Korte, a 30-year industry veteran and past Vice President of Quality Assurance for a national Fortune 500 design – build construction company.  Foresight is a service company that specializes in the evaluation, design, and construction management of our client’s key building components; Roof Systems, Parking Lots, Building Facades and Rooftop HVAC.

A wide range of building owners and managers rely on Foresight for expertise and project management skills for the proactive management of their physical assets; from analyzing existing conditions to designing and managing construction projects.  Foresight clients have taken us to 24 states and we hope to continue to grow in all directions.
