Design Consulting includes review of material selections, specifications, details, drawings, and on-site evaluation. 

Construction Consulting includes independent witness, quality observation, material verification on-site, monitoring of critical installation processes, and status reports providing evidence with color photographs and drawings. 

Post Construction Consulting includes project close out / punch list report verifying quality installation, evidence of job site conditions, identification of items requiring repair, and documentation reports with color photographs.
