Public or private bid package preparation and distribution can be performed and would include:

• Upfront documents, general requirements, and warranty specifications
• A concise scope of work suited to site-specific conditions
• Carefully selected alternates, allowing contractors to provide more competitive material and labor pricing, while providing added benefit to the project.
• CAD drawings and specific details developed for your project, with corresponding material specifications
• Standardized bid forms with unit pricing, for easy comparison
• Value Engineering and voluntary alternates solicited from qualified contractors

Foresight Project Managers oversee the bidding process from start to finish, including these services:

• Perform an on-site review of project to determine conditions, assess relevant local code requirements, and develop design and scope of work.
• Conduct a 90% review of the design, drawings, and details with the building owner
• Perform roof coring and obtain asbestos testing results
• Conduct on-site or phone pre-bid meeting that insures the system delivered will meet the design specified, and issue meeting minutes and addendums
• Communicate with contractors to resolve questions up front rather than during a delay in construction.
• Evaluate bids and unit pricing, make contractor recommendation
• Issue a notice of award to the selected contractor
